Term of use

1. By registering on this website, the user agrees to provide accurate and reliable identification information in accordance with the Client registration form.

2. Upon successful registration, the user will be granted access to our trading terminal, which includes the ability to transfer funds to their account, make deposits using cryptocurrency.

3. The Client must inform the company of any changes in their identification and contact information within 3 working days. The Company may ask the Client to provide identification documents at any time after registration and reserves the right to suspend transactions or block access if the Client's information is inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Login to the trading terminal is password protected. The user assumes full responsibility for the password protection and prevention of unauthorized access to their account.

5. All orders through the trading terminal using the user's password will be deemed to have been made by the user unless we establish otherwise.

6. We assume no liability for any losses the user may suffer in case of theft. loss, or disclosure of their password to third parties or in case of unauthorized use of registration data by third parties.

7. The use may change their password to the trading terminal themselves or use the procedure for password recovery set by us.

8. The user acknowledges and agrees that trading cryptocurrency involves a high level of risk and may result in significant financial losses. The user should carefully consider their financial situation and trading objectives before making any trades.

9. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency trading and the use of our trading terminal.

10. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or limit the user's access to the trading terminal and/or their account without prior notice, if we determine that the user has violated any of these terms of use or if we suspect fraudulent ro unauthorized activity on their account.
